To send us a down item for cleaning, mail it to us with an order form found in the Services drop-down menu to All About Down®, 352 N. 78th St., Seattle, WA 98103-4618.

Call first before sending us your down comforter to be re-covered. Due to high demand, we are several months behind. Give us your name and phone number. We keep a list and when we have reached your name, we will call and let you know that we are ready to work on your comforter and you can then send it to us .
