All About Down® can evenly re-distribute the wayward down in your existing comforter and top-stitch it into large, sewn-through squares that keep the down in place.
Not All Squares Are Created Equal! - You may have a comforter (not from us) that looks like it’s sewn into squares, yet the down moves around leaving bare spots. Why does this happen? For the sake of economy, commercial comforters can have small openings in the corner of each square through which the down is blown when the comforter is filled. After the comforter is sewn shut, these interior openings remain. Gravity being what it is, the down gradually migrates to the lowest point over the side of the bed leaving you shivering and wondering why your comforter won't keep you warm.
We Wash Your Comforter Before We Work on It - Our expert Cleaning Service washes your comforter at additional cost so it will be as fresh and odor-free. Our washing requirement protects your and other customers' down items by keeping our workspace clean. Additionally, washing fluffs up the existing down in your comforter.
Or, If the Fabric on Your Used Down Comforter Is in Poor Condition... but the down is still fluffy, send it to our Down Comforter Re-Covering service. Your comforter will look brand new and lack the problems that plagued the used one.
Say Good-Bye to Shifty, Drifty Down - Another option is to start over with a brand new, problem-free All About Down® comforter. As a bonus, we can often make a pillow from the down in your used comforter.
How Do I Order My Down Comforter Top-Stitched? - Services cannot be ordered online. You will have to mail your down comforter to us. Fill in this order form and include it in the box with your comforter. We will contact you when we receive your down comforter to discuss the details of your order and to give you a final price quote. You are under no obligation to place an order; however, we will charge you for the return shipping.
Save 20-40% on the cost of mailing a down item to All About Down® by sending us the box dimensions, plus your address, phone number and email address to info@allaboutdown.com. Knowing the approximate weight of your box is helpful but less important.
You will receive a shipping label via email from FedEx which you are free to use or discard. You can print it at home and tape it on your box, or take your box to a FedEx office where they can scan your phone and print a label for you. You will not be charged until we return your comforter. (We do not sell your information or use it for a mailing list.)
Of course, we accept packages from all shipping services including U.S. Postal Service, UPS or your own FedEx label.

After trying every other travel and camping pillow on the market I decided what I really need is a real down travel pillow. Not only will my plane and road trips be more luxurious but I’ll never have to suffer a substandard hotel pillow again. Small but mighty and very packable, this thing is essential for getting as close as possible to your own pillow away from home. Shipping was fast and I liked that a pillow protector was available. This pillow should last a very long time and I think it is a great investment for any traveler. Photo of the pillow and a stuff sack I use to stow it in my medium size personal item tote for size reference.
I found the Supportive weight pillow is perfect for sleeping on my back. I throw a Light weight on top of that to sleep on my side. These pillows are light and fluffy and a great price for goose down. Will definitely buy more.
Long time user of very thin down pillow and finally wore it out. Found/ordered a travel size pillow off of Amazon but it was a bit too firm/thick. Contacted owner re issue. Ordered a light petite and returned travel size. I am out the postage but the refund was prompt. Only issue now is a slight off smell from the pillow and I will deal with that. Otherwise I am very happy.

I bought two new pillows. I have bought pillows and down from this company before. The owner is always helpful and easy to work with. He is great for consulting about what level of down filling you might like and letting you see the different pillow sizes if you go to the shop. Great quality. Some time ago, I ordered a travel pillow to accompany me on my trip to Europe. It was so easy to stuff into my dufflebag with all my clothes, etc. Once at destination, I pulled it out and it immediately returned to form and function - ready to serve me as needed until I next stuffed it back into the duffle bag. So, when I realized that I needed to replace my home pillow, I returned to All About Down and ordered a new, full size pillow. I was afraid that choosing a firm pillow would be like sleeping on a rock. After sleeping on old flabby pillows that so needed to be retired, it was initially odd feeling firm yet comfortable. I really enjoy my new pillows now. I don’t have morning neck pain. The pillows and my All About Down comforter give me a great nights sleep.

The pillow is wonderful. But I bought a pillow case for it and after two washings with fabric softener, it is still stiff and feels like it is lined in plastic. Pillow case not worth the money.
